The Historic Old Annville Day Planning Committee is busy planning our 37th Historic Old Annville Day, slated for Saturday, June 13, 2026. Following our success in 2025, we are delighted to hold this lively street fair once again on the beautiful campus of Lebanon Valley College and the adjacent residential streets of North College Ave. and East Sheridan Ave. As in past years, the event will feature local musical groups, demonstrations by artisans, activities for children, a dazzling variety of tasty foods, and some 200 vendors displaying and selling arts and crafts and much more. In 2025, we were delighted to see some 6,000-7,000 people and their families to join us to enjoy the beauty and charms of Lebanon Valley College and our town -- meeting friends, visiting vendor booths, enjoying the delicious fare, ambling around the historic district, and partaking of Annville's small-town charms. Mark your calendar for June 13, 2026!
VENDOR APPLICATIONS
Below please find our 2026 Historic Old Annville Day application forms for vendors. Please note that one of the forms is for for-profit enterprises. The other form is for non-profit organizations.
Our 2026 fee schedule is the same as in 2025:
Non-Profit Organizations: $15
For-Profit Vendors, no food or drink: $50
For-Profit Vendors, food and/or drink: $70

HOAD SPONSORSHIPS NEEDED!
Friends of Old Annville is soliciting sponsors for the 37th Celebration of Historic Old Annville Day on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 9 AM – 2 PM at Sheridan and College Avenues next to the beautiful main campus of Lebanon Valley College. Your support will help cover event expenses, including equipment rentals, safety and security, entertainment, and more. Sponsors are listed by giving level on the fooa.org website, the FOOA social media page, and in a printed program distributed on the day of the vent. Sponsorships of $100 or more entitle you to a HOAD vendor space, if desired. Your sponsorship supports FOOA's ability to host Historic Old Annville Day for decades to come. MAP NO. 1 shows the location of the event in the yellow circle on the LVC campus, next to the two main highways that intersect in downtown Annville: Rt. 934 (White Oak St.) and Rt. 422 (Main St.). Visitors are encouraged to park in the large lots on the north side of campus and walk over the pedestrian bridge over the railroad tracks to the main LVC campus.
MAP NO. 2, below, zooms in closer to show the event site, with vendors lined up along the bright red lines along N. College Ave. and E. Sheridan Ave. It also shows traffic flows, the locations of the main stage and the smaller stage, toilets, and more.
MAP NO. 3, "Historic Old Annville Day 2025 Map of Vendor Spaces #1=224," shows where the vendor spaces are located -- with even-numbered spaces on the north and east sides of the streets, and with odd-numbered spaces on the south and west sides.
