FOOA Spring Program
Sunday, March 31, 2019, 2:00 p.m.
Annville Free Library, 216 E. Main St.
FOOA’s digital archives now include a fascinating compilation of 166 gigabytes worth of maps, photographs, township documents, family histories, articles, essays, book excerpts, and more. The collection spans from before the first European settlements in this area in the early 1700s to the present day.
We hope you can join us at the Annville Free Library at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 31 for this interactive exploration of FOOA’s Digital Archives. Following a presentation on the archive’s contents and features, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the archives themselves, with the help of FOOA Committee members. The Free Library will have computers on hand, or you can bring your own laptop, pad, or other wifi-enabled device to learn how to use the archives and conduct your own research into Annville’s past.
Reserve your place now! To ensure that everyone who attends has access to a computer, please call the Annville Free Library at 717-867-1802, leave your name and contact information, and indicate whether you’ll bring your own device or would like to use one of the Library’s computers.
