413 East Main Street

“Professors’ Row”

This fine large home was build in 1896 by members of the Biever family (see 49 South White Oak Street).  It was one of the first homes in Annville to have central heat.  Because professors from LVC have frequently lived here—as at 403 and 405—it was once among the homes commonly referred to as being on “Professors’ Row.”
