The sign between the second and third floors points to “Saylor’s Carriage Shop” because the shop was located in the back of the hardware store, with access extending to 16 South White Oak Street. After the closing of Miller’s, the property housed Fortna’s Auction. Plans are currently underway to establish a Chinese restaurant at the site. |
